Rex A. Clausager
Rex A. Clausager is responsible for TimePlan Software’s daily operations and management. He is the head of 35 dedicated employees at the head office in Denmark and TimePlan distributors in seven countries. Together, they supply TimePlan for Employee Scheduling, Time Registration and HR Administration to over 300 customers in more than 25 countries.
Rex works closely along side with both customers and employees to continue to provide the best and preferred workforce management solution on the market. He is particularly focused on presence, solid reputation and trusted collaboration which gives TimePlan’s customers security, efficiency and flexibility. This is done by providing an innovative, intuitive and simple software solution.
TimePlan has been on the market for almost 25 years, and in August 2019, Rex took over as CEO after founder Henrik Baasch had been in the CEO chair for 24 years.
Prior to joining TimePlan Software, Rex was the CEO of VikingGenetics in Randers. He has more than 25 years of experience in management, sales, strategy and expansion in the international market and has previously held senior management positions in Denmark and abroad with Trapeze Group, TARGIT, Celenia Software and Genus PLC.
Rex has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Aalborg University and has continued his education in sales and management through courses at Harvard Business School and London School of Economics.
Development Manager / CTO
Finn Harsfort is responsible for the daily development and maintenance of TimePlan. Together with his team of system developers at the head offices in Aalborg, Finn ensures that TimePlan is updated and meets customer needs.
The development department also ensures that TimePlan complies with the latest labor market regulations and collective agreements in 25 countries and remains the leading software for Shift Planning, Time Registration and HR Administration.
Finn has 25 years of experience in IT and software development in Denmark, Belgium and England. He has previously held significant roles both as a Developer, Technical Lead, Software Architect, Product Manager, Project Manager, Department Manager and Company Manager for Algorhyme A/S.
Finn is a Graduate Engineer in System Engineering from Aalborg University, specializing in process control.
Implementation and Support
Lilian Jensen is the heart of TimePlan Software’s Implementation and Support department. If you have a question or a request about TimePlan, Lilian and her team will find the answer.
When a new customer chooses TimePlan for workforce management, Lilian and her team of consultants will ensure that TimePlan is set up properly and that the relevant employees are trained in the program’s variety of functions.
Lilian is also responsible for TimePlan Software’s Support department, where competent supporters are ready by the phones and on their computers when TimePlan customers have questions about the program.
Before joining TimePlan Software, Lilian was a Planning Coordinator and Consultant at Telenor.
Kieran Ambrose oversees TimePlan Software’s international team and expansion to new markets and countries.
He is always in search of new opportunities to help TimePlan customers save time and payroll costs across international borders.
Kieran is responsible for the sales activities at TimePlan Software’s own companies in Finland, Germany and England, as well as TimePlan Software’s resellers in Norway, Sweden and Singapore. Kieran also handles all new queries from countries where TimePlan does not yet have a representation.
Prior to joining TimePlan Software, Kieran was the Director of Cyberbit A/S (VISA/Mastercard processing) and the International Sales Director at Lyreco in Scandinavia.
Kieran has 20 years of experience in sales and management and a Bachelor in International Business from London Business School.
Founder and CEO
Henrik Baasch founded TimePlan Software in 1995 and launched the first version of TimePlan in collaboration with HK, Dansk Erhverv (then Danish Trade and Service) and leading retail companies.
The goal then was to create a software product that could make Employee Scheduling, Time & Attendance and HR Administration easy, efficient, accurate and in compliance with collective agreements. This is still TimePlan Software’s goal today.
With his team of competent employees, Henrik has brought TimePlan Software to a position as a market leader with distributors in seven countries and customers in 25 countries.
Throughout the years, he has worked closely with TimePlans customers on the development of the program and responded to their requests and needs. He held the position as CEO of TimePlan Software for 24 years until August 2019, when Rex A. Clausager was appointed to be his successor.
Henrik is trained at Copenhagen Handelsbank and has previously worked as a Sales Manager, Head of Department and Managing Director of private companies. Before founding TimePlan Software, he served as Managing Director at Foster Scandia Group.
