The Finnish TimePlan customers recently gathered for their second ERFA meeting this year to discuss the current and future developments in TimePlan workforce management.
The ERFA meeting agenda included the latest TimePlan developments, e.g. adding extra buttons to the sign-in terminals, broadening the information seen in the free shifts overview, and sending automatic notifications from absences added through the portal.
The group meets three times per year and this time, 10 different companies participated in the meeting, including representatives from hotel and restaurant industry, amusement parks, department stores, and logistics. The meeting was hosted by the Finnish TimePlan team headed by Karoliina Toikka.
“The Finnish TimePlan users are looking forward to the future developments for warning rule notifications, worktime counters, calculating the collective agreement period saldo and all the functionalities needed for the new Finnish Annual Leave system,” says Karoliina Toikka after a successful meeting.
One of TimePlan’s greatest advantages is that the software can be customised to keep track of local employment rules and collective agreements across Europe.
