First Hotels has thirty hotels in Scandinavia, including First Hotel Reisen in Stockholm (photo), where Magnus Borjesson and the TimePlan vendor PA Kompetens also resides.
Magnus Borjesson from PA Kompetens in Stockholm is proud to welcome First Hotels in Sweden, Norway and Denmark as new members of the TimePlan family. He has worked as a TimePlan vendor in Sweden since 2007, and is behind several large contracts with new customers in Scandinavia.
”TimePlan’s electronic forms are crucial to First Hotels. It’s a great help for the admin personnel to store employee contracts and documents in the same system that takes care of shift planning and time registration,” says Magnus Borjesson, who has had the dialogue with First Hotels in Stockholm.
Two of the employees at First Hotels know TimePlan from Scandic Hotels and they weighed in on the decision of choosing TimePlan.
Same shift – two departments
”The TimePlan module Functions is also very important for our customers in the hotel industry,” explains Magnus Borjesson.
”Functions make it possible to split the wage costs into different departments. If an employee spends three hours helping with breakfast and then does a five-hour shift at another restaurant in the hotel, TimePlan can divide the hours into two departments within the same shift. This way, First Hotels can see the wage costs for breakfast.”
First Hotels are run by Tribe Hotels and has thirty hotels in Scandinavia. The hotels are centrally located at selected destinations, and each of them are unique when it comes to style, atmosphere and design.
First Hotels focus on effective and well-run hotel operations, and they are going to have a total of 1,375 employees in TimePlan in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
