Friday, 15th September, 2017 she offers three free TimePlan courses for new and existing TimePlan users.
The courses are a part of TimePlan Software’s Open House event in Aalborg, which consists of the three courses from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM followed by a 60th birthday reception for CEO Henrik Baasch and a tour of TimePlan Softwares new headquarters until 4:00 PM.
Registration for the courses is open on a first-come, first-served basis, one course per person:
Course 1: Effective Planning
Lilian Jensen shows how we can save work hours and wage costs with TimePlan’s new module, Autoplan. Autoplan also takes employee satisfaction into consideration, because the automatic shift planning function takes their requests for shifts and time off into account.
Course 2: Communication with employees
How can we give our employees tools which makes their workday simpler and easier? TimePlan consultant Rasmus Vestergaard will address this questions and others related to communication with employees and TimePlan’s new Web App.
Course 3: Time Recording
TimePlan consultant Henrik Larsen will speak about time recording options with TimePlan. He’ll also address why accurate time recording is important when it comes to overtime calculation, absence, labour rules, etc.
