We are looking for a skilled Technical Supporter for our TimePlan support team at the head office in Aalborg SV.
Your primary job will be to handle the daily technical support in the TimePlan Support Department. This includes servicing new and existing customers who use our own software solution TimePlan for shift planning, time registration and HR administration.
Supporter of TimePlan is done online and by telephone and is reserved for our customers’ super users in TimePlan. This means that you always receive relevant support questions and that you quickly build up a knowledge of the various customers. The support is open during the day on weekdays.
TimePlan has been on the market for more than 25 years and for many of our customers, the software solution is an essential tool in everyday life. Therefore, it is crucial that the support team provides optimal service and avoids unnecessary waiting time.
