At TimePlan Software, we take the Danish Prime Minister’s announcements and recommendations about the Coronavirus seriously. Therefore, the majority of our employees will be working from home for the next two weeks.

In line with the government’s request to maintain the necessary IT infrastructure, we continue with ‘business as usual’ with regards to development and implementation tasks as well as the operation and support of TimePlan.

Our TimePlan release webinars on 17th – 18th March, 2020 will be held as scheduled.

Additionally, we will do everything in our power to maintain the same high level of service at the TimePlan Support.

However, you may experience waiting times on the phones and challenges with regards to communication.

As a TimePlan customer, you can always create a case using our JIRA Service Desk, which will be processed as soon as possible.
