Bent Dahl Jensen now services customers in Italy, Holland, Belgium, Scotland, Finland and Poland from TimePlan Software’s German company.

The new Courtyard Marriott hotel in Brussels has just gone live with TimePlan’s online workforce planning. Other hotels in Frankfurt, London and Oslo will follow during the spring. TimePlan Software’s German company is growing rapidly with workforce management across Europe.

Bent Dahl Jensen, CEO of TimePlan Software GmbH, was supposed to focus on TimePlan customers in Germany.
– But now, our customers in the German TimePlan company are taking TimePlan with them across the European borders. This means that we are servicing customers in Italy, Holland, Belgium, Scotland, Finland and Poland, says Bent Dahl Jensen.

Multiple countries, one installation
One of the reasons why hotel chains like MOXY Hotels and Courtyard Marriott takes TimePlan across the European borders, is because TimePlan can be set up to handle employee scheduling, time & attendance, analytics and HR administration for multiple countries in one installation.
– From a management perspective, you and sit and watch your wage budgets and work hours for Courtyard Marriott in Brussels even though you are sitting at an office in Holland, Bent Dahl Jensen explains.

Similar tendencies in Sweden
TimePlan’s Swedish distributor, PA Kompetens, is experiencing similar tendencies in Sweden. Retail businesses and hotels also with to use TimePlan across the Nordic countries and many of them prefer the same installation for all their operations. The latest example is Plantagen in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
TimePlan is used in 23 countries by retail stores, hotels, restaurants, amusement parks, and within logistics, production and service. One of the great strengths about the software is that it complies with collective agreements and local employment rules, and it helps businesses and organizations save work hours and wage costs.
