TOP-TOY A/S has used TimePlan for shift planning, time registration and HR administration since 2005. Systems Coordinator Lars Grønbæk lead the implementation of TimePlan 11 years ago, and has since spread the program to TOP-TOP A/S’ 300 stores in seven European countries.
On a day to day basis, Lars Grønbæk manages 4.000 employees in TimePlan. The company is Northern Europe’s largest toy distributor.
– TimePlan is integrated with our seven local payroll systems and keeps track of our collective agreements and rules. We are now considering implementing a new HR system, and when we told Henrik B. Larsen, he said that another TimePlan customer already uses that particular HR system. He also provided guidance as to how to best integrate TimePlan and the HR system, says Lars Grønbæk.
TimePlan Customer Tour 2016
Lars Grønbæk refers to the visit he had from TimePlan consultant Henrik B. Larsen last week, which is part of TimePlan’s Customer Tour 2016. This fall, TimePlan’s consultants visit 10 of their largest clients to make sure that TimePlan is running smoothly.
– We really appreciate the guidance Henrik B. Larsen provides us with when it comes to integration with other systems and change of servers. We also learn a lot when we participate in the annual TimePlan Customer Meetings during which we share learnings with other retail businesses who also use TimePlan, says Lars Grønbæk from the TOP-TOY A/S head quarters in Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark.
